What we collect, and what we don’t.

You’re being asked to tell us something real about where you are right now. The least we owe you is a plain account of what happens to it. No legal fog — just what we hold, who sees it, and how to make us delete it.

01 · WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what you type into the application

There’s one form on this site, at /apply/. Everything we hold about you, you typed into it:

Your full name, and what you’d like to be called
Your email address and mobile number, and which you prefer we use
The city, state or country you’d travel from
Your league, your current or most recent team, and where you are in your career
How you heard about us
Whether you’re bringing someone, and who they are to you
What’s most alive for you right now, and how you finish the sentence we ask you to finish

The last two are free-text and personal. They exist because the room is built from the answers, not because we’re building a profile of you.

We don’t ask for a date of birth, a government ID, a salary figure, health information, or a payment method. There is no payment on this site at all.

02 · SOMEONE ELSE’S DETAILS

Your partner and your representative

The form asks who you’d bring, and for your representative’s name and best number. That’s another person’s information, handed to us by you, so it deserves saying out loud:

We use a representative’s details for one thing — reaching you, or arranging the call about your application.
We don’t add them to any list, and we don’t contact them about anything else.
Please only give us a representative’s number if they’d expect to hear from us on your behalf.

03 · WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Read it, reply to it, and plan the weekend around it

Applications are read by our team, not scored by a filter. We use what you write to decide who’s in the room, to have a real conversation with you about whether this is right for you, and to shape the programming for the couples who come.

We don’t use it to advertise to you, and we don’t sell it, rent it or trade it. Not to sponsors, not to partners, not to anyone.

04 · WHERE IT GOES

The short list of who touches it

Off-Season Advantage and Game Beyond the Game. Your application is stored on this site’s own server and emailed to the team that reviews it.
Brevo delivers the email — both the copy that reaches us and the confirmation that reaches you. It handles the message in transit.
Our web host keeps the server and its backups, as any host does.

That’s the whole list. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

05 · WHAT THIS SITE DOESN’T DO

No analytics. No pixels. No cookie banner, because there’s nothing to consent to.

This is worth stating plainly, because almost every site you visit does the opposite:

There is no Google Analytics, and no analytics of any other kind.
There are no advertising pixels — no Meta, no Google Ads, no LinkedIn, no TikTok.
There is no tag manager and no session recording.
We set no tracking cookies. WordPress may set a short-lived technical cookie if you submit the form; it carries no profile of you.

Nobody is being followed around the internet for having read this page.

06 · HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Through the 2027 weekend, then we clear it out

If you come, we keep your application for as long as we’re planning and running the event you’re attending, and for a reasonable period afterward. If you don’t come — or you apply and we don’t move forward together — we keep it only as long as it takes to close the conversation properly.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will.

07 · YOUR SAY

Ask us what we have. Ask us to change it. Ask us to delete it.

You can ask for a copy of what you sent us, ask us to correct something, or ask us to erase it entirely. We’ll do it, and we won’t make you explain why.

The fastest route is to reply to the confirmation email you received when you applied — it comes from this event and reaches the people who read applications. If you haven’t applied and want to ask something first, use the form at /apply/ and say so in your own words.

08 · CHANGES

If this changes, the date at the top changes

This event is being built, so the details around it will move. If what we collect or who handles it changes in any way that matters to you, we’ll update this page and the date at the top of it.
